Feedback & Complaints

Your Feedback Matters

We're here to listen.

Whether you'd like to tell us what we're doing well, suggest something we could do better or raise a concern about your experience, we welcome your feedback.

Most importantly, you will not be disadvantaged or refused a service because you raise a concern or make a complaint.

Sharing Feedback With Brain Buddy

Your experience helps us improve.

We want everyone accessing Brain Buddy to feel comfortable sharing their experience with us. Feedback can be a compliment, suggestion, concern or something you think we could do differently — we'll listen respectfully and use it to improve the experience we provide.

You can share feedback by:

—

Talking directly with your clinician or another member of our team during your sessions

—

Contacting our administration team by email

—

Completing our Feedback & Complaints Form

—

Asking an advocate, representative or another agency to help you provide feedback

If you'd like someone independent to support you, our team can provide information about alternative organisations or advocacy services that may be able to assist.

Making a Complaint to the NDIS Commission

If you have concerns about the quality or safety of NDIS supports or services provided by Brain Buddy, you can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission directly.

You can make a complaint about an NDIS provider or worker online or contact the NDIS Commission for further information and assistance.

Accessing Psychology Support Through Your NDIS Plan

To access NDIS-funded psychology services with Brain Buddy, participants need appropriate funding available within their NDIS plan for psychology supports. This may include funding under Improved Daily Living or another applicable support category, depending on the participant's plan and goals.

As part of our intake process, we may ask to review relevant funding information to confirm that the required funding is available before services commence.
