Health, disability and other sensitive information requires particular care. Brain Buddy will collect necessary sensitive information where you have provided consent, where collection is required or authorised by law, or in other circumstances where collection is permitted — including where necessary to respond to a serious threat to a person's life, health or safety.

When information is collected as part of providing your services, we'll respect your privacy and handle that information in accordance with applicable consent, confidentiality and legal requirements. Where appropriate, we'll explain what information we need and why so you can make informed decisions about your support.

This may include information submitted through approved systems such as PRODA or the NDIA Provider Portal for service, claiming, compliance or reporting purposes.
